ABOUT ASTORIA
Astoria is a Swiss real estate investment company with more than CHF 2 billion assets under management. Its strategy is to optimise the revenue and value of residential property in the most dynamic regions of Switzerland. The company has also been active in selected locations in Germany since 2010.
We primarily invest in residential properties in the low to medium price range, which demonstrate rent potential and only in regions that promise long-term growth in value potential from an economic and demographic perspective.
The continuous expansion of our real estate holdings through the acquisition of single properties, residential buildings or portfolios, as well as the sustainable management and systematic repositioning of the properties form the basis of our investment strategy.
We favour real estate investments that combine long-term capital appreciation with low risk, and reject short-term capital gains arising from opportunistic trading.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Asset management is a key element in Astoria's value-add approach to real estate investing. Our teams bring functional expertise as well as in-depth experience in all major asset management duties: drafting operating budgets, orchestrating property and facility managers, overseeing property and corporate accounting, executing end-to-end letting, monitoring cash management, designing and executing refurbishment and turnaround programs, reporting performance to lenders and clients and preparing financial statements.
Astoria has successfully realized mandates ranging from core to complex value-add schemes.
